The Role of the Early Childhood Educator Course Number: ECE. 021 This course examines the early childhood educator as a professional who engages in personal and professional development, self-advocacy and reflective practice, while collaborating in a team environment. The roles and responsibilities of both the individual and team will be highlighted.
