This course is a continuation of PFP. 302 Criminal Code. Students will analyze elements of offences related to weapons and the Firearms Act, controlled drugs and substances and the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. Provisions of other federal statutes and their relationship with the Criminal Code will also be examined.

Full refund less $25 if the request is received in Customer Service and Registration before the second scheduled class for Saturday sessions, and before the third scheduled class for evening sessions. Exceptions to the refund policy will not be made for students who register late.
