Every organization needs to be prepared to communicate in a crisis - whether it's a product recall, labour unrest, fire, high-profile court case or any other situation that disrupts the day-to-day operation of the business. In this course, through case studies and hands on, practical learning, you will learn how the astute PR manager handles a crisis to protect the organization's most valuable asset - its reputation.
