Canadian Institute of Entrepreneurship (CIE) The Canadian Institute of Entrepreneurship (CIE) is a Canadian professional association established to develop entrepreneurs. The CIE offers a Certified Entrepreneur designation that will provide you with the skill set to organize, operate and manage your own business. Members will be prepared for upcoming business challenges and opportunities. The CIE designation will also assist in career advancement, in marketing, business or management. The academic program includes a total of nine business courses. All courses are offered at postsecondary institutions, both in the classroom and also by distance education.
