End-of-life care is rewarding for all members of the multidisciplinary team who play an important role in facilitating quality of life for the dying person and family. A holistic approach to the study of hospice and palliative care enables graduates to consider physical, psychological, social, cultural and spiritual issues that impact on the dying experience and supportive interventions.

Join others with a strong interest in hospice palliative care and connect with persons from various backgrounds in the cyberclass. Online curriculum offers learners a flexible and convenient way to obtain a college certificate. Attend class from your home or workplace, using your computer to access learning materials, readings, activities and the discussion board. A user-friendly format and readily available technical assistance make the system quick to learn and easy to master.

  • Interact with classmates and instructor in chat rooms, on the discussion board and through private messaging
  • Use built-in links for immediate access to readings and video clips
  • Complete interesting activities and assignments designed to support the acquisition of both knowledge and skills
